Delivery to UK addresses is by Royal Mail 1st Class post.
The cost of the postage depends on the weight of the item. Rather than set a flat delivery fee, the lighter items (e.g. socks & vests) are charged at lower rate than heavier items such as the birdcage umbrella or the hotties backwrap.
The postage and packing charges to one delivery address start at £2.45 and increase to a maximum of £6.50 for the UK.
You can check on the delivery charge when you view your shopping basket and in the checkout area.
Delivery to Europe is by airmail and costs a flat fee of £8.50.
Delivery to the rest of the world is by airmail and costs £10.00.

We aim to provide quality products and a first class service to our customers. If you wish to return any goods, we will refund the items under our "Returns Policy" provided they are unused, not damaged and returned in their original packaging within 14 days of receipt.
You will be responsible for the shipping cost for the return of the goods. It is your responsibility to return the goods by safe methods of transport. We suggest using the Royal Mail’s recorded delivery service. You are responsible for the cost of the product until it arrives at back at the company.
Upon receipt and inspection of the goods a refund will be issued to you. The return of your payment is handled through our secure payment provider Moneybookers. You will get a full credit to the card used for the purchase.
If the goods are faulty, your return postage will also be refunded.
All prices are shown in Pounds Sterling and are inclusive of VAT. Delivery charges are calculated according to the destination of the parcel and the weight. Clootietree.com reserves the right to refuse bulk orders if we believe that the goods are being sold on for retail purposes.
Prices that are reduced for sales and promotions are only valid for the period whilst the sale/promotion is in progress and cannot be backdated or added any time outside the offer.
